Mirage Lighting Group – Shipping Policy

Shipping Limitations

Mirage Lighting Group does not ship to PO Box addresses. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.


Standard Ground Shipping (Small Parcel – UPS & FedEx)

Mirage Lighting Group is pleased to offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on eligible small-parcel orders $100 or more shipping within Canada.

  • Orders under $100 are subject to a $15 processing and handling fee
  • Orders cannot be combined to qualify for free shipping
  • Free shipping applies only to items eligible for UPS or FedEx Ground service

Small Parcel Delivery Notes

Due to the high value of many lighting products, some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, as determined by the carrier or manufacturer.

If you prefer delivery without a signature, you may leave a signed authorization note for the carrier. Please note:

  • Failure to accept delivery may result in the item being returned to the shipper
  • Any return shipping charges incurred due to failed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility

Truck Freight Shipping (Large & Oversized Items)

Oversized items—such as large chandeliers, statement fixtures, and floor lamps—may require truck freight shipping.

  • A $65 freight surcharge per item applies to items designated by the manufacturer as truck-freight eligible
  • Freight-required items are clearly identified on individual product pages

What to Expect with Truck Freight Deliveries

  • Delivery is curbside or driveway only
  • Most carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 2–4 hours during business hours)
  • A valid phone number is required for delivery coordination

At the time of delivery:

  • You must inspect the shipment before signing
  • All visible packaging damage must be noted on the delivery receipt
  • Noting damage is the customer’s responsibility, not the driver’s

If the carrier is unable to contact you, any storage fees or return freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.


Order Tracking & Status Updates

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email with a link to your order status
  2. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Tracking numbers allow you to monitor delivery progress and estimated arrival dates.
