2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

4. Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a prepaid return label.
5. Refunds and Processing
